When shipping to non-EU countries, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) that are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. When shipping to the USA, a 15% fee will be added to the order value, as we are required to pay the US government's tariffs to the shipping service provider (DHL).
The shipping provider also charges a processing fee of €2.00 plus 2.5% of the 15% fees paid. The additional fees are calculated after the order is placed and sent to the customer via a payment link for settlement. Unfortunately, there is no other way to do this at present, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
