If you would like to receive printed models by the designer that we do not yet have in the store, please write to us. We can basically print any of the designer's models for you.

We only use soy-based organic resin for our resin prints. As our hobby uses a lot of plastic, we are doing our bit for the environment.

For the sake of the environment, we only use recyclable material for shipping. The filling material used is compostable, so it can be disposed of in organic waste. The cardboard and adhesive tape are made from recycled paper. 

We deliver the miniature in individual parts if it consists of several parts.

We clean the 3D printed miniatures as well as possible of support material after printing. If we have overlooked any remnants of the support material, we apologize. However, they can be easily removed with a small file or a hobby knife.

If something is damaged, you are welcome to contact us. We will find a solution.

The images are mostly rendered and the finished print may differ slightly. Images of the designers are their property and have only been made available to us.
